Least as far as I know, if you press and hold start/select/L/R at the same time, I think it does. (Assuming you have a regular DS)

That was what I was fearing, so there is no real way to test someone for PTSD?

Well, I mean, understanding whether or not someone has PTSD would be based on the symptoms they're having. You can't take a blood test for it or anything.

For instance, in my case, there was a definite trigger (sitting in the chair) that would send me into very vivid flashbacks and bring back the emotions I was experiencing at the time of the trauma. Unfortunately, the triggers aren't always obvious until you come across them, and there can be more than one trigger for an event.

But what tends to be common is person experiences trigger, person has flashbacks and/or experiences the emotions again as they were at the time.
