I prefer to grind out the 100 scenario wins for this achievement rather than getting it naturally over time. Any opinions on which scenario is the fastest to run, assuming an organized but average group of 3?

The scenario with the 4 simple bosses near the temple of the white tiger should be the easiest one.

Depending on whether you have Monkey See, Monkey Kill yet or not - that might be worth it simply because you need to fight all 7 bosses and they are random, i've fought Captain Ook 4/4 times so far.

It's a pain getting to the last boss in that scenario tho (by pain, I mean time consuming)

Arena of Annihilation?

Yep, that's the one - ring the gong, boss appears

Doing some testing, Arena of Annihilation takes about 5-6 minutes. Definitely the fastest.
