You can get the cheapest version for $250, and it is still about twice as fast as a SATA drive.

That said, it'd just be better if it had a little more space between the CPU socket and the first PCIE slot, an extra cm or 2 would be good.

Oh, my bad... I managed to put it in this time... Might have been something else, like the stupid side plate that comes with the HAF-X which doesn't fit the GPU. I think the massive side-panel fan thing is bad enough... Looks to be scraping the card!

Got some new headphones as my old ones were dying... And I got a Zalman clip on mic to go with it, which apparently isn't that bad!

My GPU is now in the upper slot, and I think it's like 2*c cooler or something... Will need to actually run some tests though.

Are you using DIODER behind the TV, monitor and under the desk or is it something else?

Ah OK, I have the colored version behind my TV and I thought the light looked way warmer on your picture.

Might have something to do with the color of my walls, but I can't really tell. Light, whether cold or not, tend to look alot warmer in my room for some reason.

Video cards are buggered up. I posted a thread on it, it should be on page 2 or 3 of this forum if you are interested in reading and replying. Apparently you can't bump threads with posts 20 hours apart <_<

    That's really slick looking.

One question: Isn't your H80 radiator installed upside down? It's recommended to mount tubes on the bottom, no?

Thank you! Your eyes are sharp, it actually is upside down, but then again, that depends on how you define upside down :P With the early versions of the H80 there was a problem with the pump not beeing able to pump the water around if the radiator weren't mounted the other way around. But that has been solved and I prefer having the hoses a bit above the GPU, due to heat and so on

Well, I just built a new computer ~2 weeks ago, and it included an H80i. Since its the first non air cooled system I've ever built, I went over reviews / instructions / etc closely. I just remembered the "mount the radiators with the tubes on the bottom" bit.

I don't ever remember reading about the H80 (initially) having problems pumping from the bottom, but I'm by no means an expert!

Here's an update of my rig built last year. Details in my signature.
    All images found here

    Rig prior to swap

Rig after swap to Silverstone FT02 Fortress. I definitely cut it close on space with my Phanteks Cooler. I probably have less than an inch of space between the window and the top of my fans when mounted.

I am in love with this case, regardless of the fact that it did not come with a manual or the SSD bracket. Have my SSD rigged in back with some zipties. Hard to complain, got it while it was on sale and have a mail-in rebate.

Also just picked up my replacement mouse for my dying logitech G500. Not quite sure how I managed it, but it's definitely dying. Picked up my Corsair M60 for $15 after mail-in rebate. This is a beast of a mouse. Corsair continues to impress me with their peripherals.

    Future stuff for my rig..
Individual sleeving of my cables, probably white.
A simple LED strip style solution to add some lighting. Nothing crazy, as I'm not usually a fan of LED's. However, I can't resist myself this time around with this windowed case.

Here's a recent build I did for a friend. Cost just over $800 during the weekend of Black Friday/Cyber Monday
