Settings -> Edit Avatar (on the left sidebar) -> check for custom avatar -> add "http://i.imgur.com/pZKaSWB.png" (without the quote signs) in option 1 -> save changes.

Scroll to the top of the page, click "Settings" on the right, now look on the menu on the left, find "Edit Avatar", click that, check the box "Use custom avatar", then copy paste the image link into the field called "option 1"
