Are you talking about the call to arms? Those are from Tuesday 0:01 to Thursday 23:59 and from Friday 0:01 to Monday 23:59.

1. Open your calendar in-game. It's next to your minimap if you use the dafault Blizzard UI.
2. Click the "Filters" scroll down on the top right.
3. Click the "Battleground Call to Arms" and you will see when they start, when they end, and which bg it is that is Call to Arms.

Afaik, there no thing such as double honor at the end of the season. It would really help if you were a bit more specific at what you actually mean since I doubt anyone actually understands what you are asking for.

There's no "extra honor over cap" for the new season. All your CPs will get turned into honor and any that go over the 4k cap are converted to cash at 35s/point.
