Static absolutely builds up in plastic. Using a plastic extension from a vacuum cleaner to clean the inside of your PC is never recommended.

Probably has them setup in the back where rear speakers are supposed to be. I see way to many 5.1 setups and 7.1 setups where all the speakers are right under the monitor for some reason.

That's plenty of room for cable management. I had the exact same case and still routed my cables back there. Cut the sleeving off the big wire bundles and just lay them flat and zip tie them. I got smarter though and started buying bigger cases that had more room for cable managing so yea. And I don't claim to be the king of cable managing, it does take time, patience, etc to get a virtually cable free rig though.
