LFR Ra-Den/Primordius room bug

When I zoned into an LFR group that was on Primordius, I fell through the floor (almost to my death) down into Ra-Den's area. Upon entering the room it just said "Attempt's Remaining: 30". Has this happened to anyone else?

Tons of people have had this happen. Ra-Den only appears if Lei Shen has been defeated on Heroic though, so no pulls.

would be cool if he was there and the raid grabbed healing aggro so he makes a visit upstairs^^ ''wtf did just wipe our raid???''

Yeah I was looking around for some sort of lever or button or anything to activate him since I got the "Attemtps Remaining" text at the top of my screen haha. Well, at least I virtually walked in the same space as Method and all those other guilds! Maybe one day I'll get down there without falling through the floor.

Happened to my brother and I at the same time (we were queued together). We didn't try to go into the room, we tried getting up thru the crack in the stairs at the top but couldn't so we just ported out then back in.
