Free character migration

Hi guys

I was just wondering, I'm thinking of moving one of my alts from a high population realm to a realm that Blizzard has said I can move to (on the left hand side of the page when you select the option on your account page). Does anyone know if this includes a faction change too? I currently play horde, so if I move to this new realm do I have to stay as horde or can I choose to go alliance?

Its exactly what it says it does. It only transfers your characters to the same faction on another realm. Doesn't do anything else. You could probably abuse the name change but that is about it.
