Getting back on my Rogue, HALP!

    Hello All...

Cata was the last time i PVP'ed on my rogue and i wanted to get back on it. Currently im playing a MW Monk so i need a DPS toon.

I went through the PVP Beginners guide sticky and it is indeed very useful.

I will be playing Sub all the way, question is:

    * How do you guys open and pressure a healer 1 on 1, maybe go for a kill?

    * How do i put pressure on dps classes?

Hope there will be a positive feedback.

    I miss my rogue.

    Regards,

    my go-to opener is

    premed>snd
    cheap shot
    rupture
    ambush
    ambush/backstab (depending on luck)
    evis

usually takes people down to 60-75% depending on class and gear. For super hard openers, I'd do

    premed>cs
    garrote
    dance/blades ambush
    ambush
    kidney
    ambush
    ambush
    evis

Sub can't really do constant pressure without cooldowns. You should keep SnD and rupture up on a target but concentrate on disrupting opponents, throwing out shivs, focus gouges, focus kicks, ST-abuse from around pillars, and going for restealths whenever you can. Getting restealths means you can abuse cloak and dagger for mega-peels or just go for a strong opener. You want to obviously coordinate your main burst for shadowdance.
