Sub increase 100-200k
:d
Let me just get my crystal ball annnd......AW FUCK.......just dropped it.....
We have faced trials and danger, threats to our world and our way of life. And yet, we persevere. We are the Horde. We will not let anything break our spirits!"
100k-300k loss. But I don't care as long as there's enough players to entertain me :P
Why you think the Net was born? Porn! Porn! Porn!
I don't see why sub lose.
We have a challenging raid where most of guilds are stuck at 2-3 boss kills out of 13. That's ToT and ofc I'm talknig about HC (the real raiding).
They've called out amazing pvp changes, at least interesting and they've lowered the damn couns to 50 = not grind anymore, jsut do daily quests 3 days a week.
Remember the XP nerf, 30% nerf from 85 to 90 (I find it amazing because it's about time, not too early and not too late).
However, I don't really care. The game is as fun as it hadn't been for almost 2 years. All I'll do that day is log at my gaming time and enjoy
I'd love to see the numbers regarding players who've dropped playing on dead servers to reroll/xfer on much busier servers....
That and active subs that haven't logged in for 6 weeks or longer
As someone else clearly pointed out - if subs went up then Blizzard would make a public announcement boasting about it BEFORE the conference call like they did for Q3 (the quarter MoP came out).
therefore its safe to say that either subs remained the same or they have dropped.
Korea closed 14 servers this month, down from 23 servers to 9, so i doubt subs have remained the same.
Can read about it on the Korean forums, might need a translator though. ;p (edit: can not can't)

Sad? I would welcome that and at the same time balance out the factions, at least on pvp servers.
Wow fanboys r just as bad as Wow haters, i try to ignore both of them on the forums. I deal in facts and proof, and the truth is that its safe to say subs have definitely NOT gone up or Blizzard would have made an announcement to boast about it a week or two before the conference call, just like they did on the quarter MoP was released. Blizzard keeping quiet shows loud and clear there is a decline or at best remained the same.
If u factor in the obvious critical decline in Korea (which is probably indicative of all Asia) then we can also safely conclude that subs have definitely gone down. The only question is by how much...
It's what they always do. I'm saddened by the fact that people can't just play a game. They have to over analyze it and ruin it for themselves and others. Why can't the World of Warcraft just be about logging in, having fun, and logging out. Isn't that the purpose of every game? To have fun? I get so tired of people thinking that they are "part of the action" when it comes to the real world workings of Blizzard and Activision. If you are a stock holder, you get a report and we, as fans, don't care.
What we do care about is piss poor speculations which diminish our love of the game even more, because a handful of people can't just be happy like everyone else and wait until Christmas Day. They have to go out of their way to prove Santa doesn't exist and rub it in the face of others. Personally, I wish those people would go on a quest and figure out what happened to themselves and why they can no longer treat an old video game like an old video game and just enjoy it for what it is.
