How is the dmg for A Murder of Crows calculated?
Is there a good website that will tell me how each abilities dmg is calculated?

30 seconds of x attacks per y seconds doing z damage, modified by weapon damage or AP
I don't think you can really calculate it beyond that
I don't play a hunter but if this seems inline with the damage per tick you can use it to work out how much damage it does.

As for a website, check your class specific ones but if there isn't anything there you can trawl through wowdb.com and find some damage calcs.
Keep in mind, if your trinket(eg. Bad Juju), procs when aMoC has 10 seconds left, those 10 seconds will get the damage boost from Bad Juju. Meaning the DoT scales dynamically with your procs. Therefore it is "hard" to estimate how much it'll do.
I have a list of most hunter ability formulas in the hunter FAQ at: http://elitistjerks.com/f74/t130554-...ing_questions/
See I've heard various things on this subject, some people saying its dynamically and others saying it's a snapshot like serpent sting.. my question is then, at what point would it be better to save it, say you get it up at 5stacks of renataki.
is it just fire n forget or is it wait till 10 stacks..
+ do you have a source for this
PROOF
Blades is that Renataki stack who dosen't know.

That's a delay, because immediately after those two it drops back down.
Just go to a dummy with only your weapon on, do aMoC and start attacking it, once you see Scope proc, the damage of aMoC tick will jump. That's how I tested if aMoC scaled dynamically.
AMoC damage changes dynamically and it has a 0 damage range, meaning every tick will do the exact same damage if unaffected by agility procs. 15 ticks over 30 seconds unaffected by haste.
