Just wandering but were the prices for the Heirlooms suppose to be lowered? I still see them as they were prior to patch 5.3. Were they not suppose to be lowered to 44, 60, 64 Tickets?

No. You're confusing them with the upgraded versions. A chest piece up to lvl 80 will cost 110. Upgrading it will cost 44.

The price to buy the base heirlooms (from all sources) is unchanged. The cost to upgrade them to the level 85 versions was the one that was lowered.
