He will probably drop his shoulders and maybe some kind of corrupted Gorehowl. I bet he will also drop a trinket named "Heart of War" or "Dark Heart of Garrosh" or something like that. And maybe the nosering as a ring.

Skin his face and wear that for a helm, T12 hunter style. Garroshslayer Armor!
If you are particularly bold, you could use a Shiny Ditto. Do keep in mind though, this will infuriate your opponents due to Ditto's beauty. Please do not use Shiny Ditto. You have been warned.

I hope warrior tier 16 will be in Garrosh style, which mean as little chest armor as possible
