And it sounds like he has a rift with Sylvanas, which is bad. Blood Elfs/Forsaken are decent allies, and I would rather not have my Forsaken be separated from the Horde if problems start arising. If they do, I wish to join them with all of my characters.

Sounds like he gets wounded or shot or something at the end of those sound files.

From Jaina have similar noises in her file, and the fact that it seems she fights alongside Alliance players, its safe to assume that Lor'themar fights alongside Horde. Those files are highly likely to be if you fail and they die during the fight, not that they actually will die.

Sounds like Sylvanas is trying/planning to resurrect dead blood elves on the battlefield? =o Interesting! Can't wait for her voice files. Also, Lor'themar's supposed death quote isn't much like usual ones. This sounds like more of a dramatic, real death than a 'you failed the boss/escort, try again' if you ask me. I'm actually quite convinced that Lor'themar will die from these files, but there was nothing like that for Jaina (fight quotes don't count).

edit for below me: MEKKATORQUE? I want this patch so much now! I'm so glad they're actually showing him doing something in-game.

There's an odd focus on the relationship between Lor'themar and Sylvanas in his sound file, and he seems to indicate that she has somehow changed for the better at some point during the siege.

Would be pretty interesting if Lor'themar died and Sylvanas united the Forsaken and Blood Elf forces under a single banner in northern Eastern Kingdoms.

Lor'themar's dialogue sounds more like reason to think he'll die than Jaina's does. That's one of those cliches, with him not realizing he's been mortally wounded, like that. Jaina... I don't know, doubt they'll kill her. They shouldn't be in any rush to kill off any more survivors of WC3.
