How much notice for Beta?

It has not been confirmed that it is the mount, but it has been confirmed that there is a reward for anyone who does purchase a pack.
At present the mount is a very reasonable assumption, given that it is called a Hearthsteed.

Yeah, I'd honestly be thrown for a huge loop if it wasn't the Hearthsteed. It'd be a huge troll on the part of Blizzard.

They do. Any site that has datamined info about the game does. Point is you can't actually do anything with the client unless you can log into the game, which you can't cause your account is not flagged for access to it.

So imagine wanting to play the game really, really badly, being fortunate enough to even have the client to play it, but STILL not being any nearer actually playing the game. The curse of many a dedicated fan out there working on a fansite.
