This is gonna end like the other thread which is named "Ogre as a race confirmed?"... Also, assuming that this quest was released in 4.0.3 and cata was the 3rd WoW expansion then we can clearly see here 2 repeating 3's meaning that half life 3 is confirmed once more.

I'm not questioning the obvious legitimacy of an NPC that was added in 4.0.3 as a herald for the next expansion, I'm more confused as to the wording. Return to Argus? How can we return to a place we've never been....unless your Velen of course.
It's all so clear to me now. The new race models aren't in game because we don't need them! Next expansion we will all be playing Velen whilst we fight the Burning Legion thus solving class imbalance and fixing PvP/PvE forever.
