Should be easy to make, just would take time to do it. I could give it a try but I don't want now since I'm having dinner and I don't feel like opening photoshop today.

When I look to the right of the avatar, it's rolling backwards, when I look to the left, it's rolling forward. I think a already saw a similar optical illusion with a ballerina turning in different directions depending of where you looked.
