To be honest, I don't think there are any titles you could give DK's of a particular Race. Unless you give them titles based on a representative of their race, which would also be a problem for Goblins and Death Knights as they had none, there's not alot to use.

Love the idea, although I think a few of them need some tweaks. For example, a Blood Elf rogue could be Scout instead of Bandit Lord.

I can't think of any race-specific titles for Death Knights, but I think "the Risen" sounds kick-ass.

A few Death Knight titles that I found from WC3 hero units and npc titles could be Baron, Lord, Duke or Duchess, Darkrider, Darkreaver, Deathweaver, Soulripper. Not sure which race to associate them with though.

Class/race specific titles __if they in no way alter the mechanics of the game__ would constitute balance-neutral flavor enhancement to the game

therefore i am all for class/race specific titles.
