How to [Giant Dinosaur vs. Mega Snail]

Hello,

does anyone have an idea how to do that achievement? Is the key you need to open the snail cage the same key you use for the other cages? If yes, does that mean it won't be consumed by opening the snail cage? One guild already did it so it can't be a gear check achievement

after a while if your key buff run out 1 cage will open and thok will go to consume them so i assume u need to use 1 key for the snail and wait it out

So!
That could mean you kill the boss in the transition, and use the key to open the snail cage after thok dies.
Since theres a duration

Next, it tells "Open the Thrice-Locked Cage during the Thok the Bloodthirsty encounter", so no opening after thok has died.

SO what happens if you do not pick up the key? Will Thok open a random cage after a while?
And when three Jailers are dead, open the thrice-locked cage maybe?

hmm, missed that part.
You could still do it the same tho, maybe opening it remakes the start, or another spawn.
Could always just make sure hes low hp to burn

the snail cell takes 3 keys. what you do is in each of the transitions you kill a jailer, use the key on the snail cell, then a new jailer spawns and you use it like normal. during the 3rd kite phase the snail will be released, and who knows what happens from there....

^^ Didn't know a new jailer spawns if you don't open a NPC cage. Doesn't seem like it's that difficult then, just have to kill 2 jailers per kite phase.
