Blizzcon is short time away now, nothing else is trademarked that would give a sign of a potential new expansion.

Facts:
Blizzard has to trademark the name before announcing it
"The Dark Below" got trademarked roughly at same time when other expansions did
New expansion will be announced during Blizzcon
In the past Blizzard mislead people but it was true short time after

So unless Blizard trademarks something before Blizzcon then I think is obvious.

What are your opinions guys?

First: The trademark never made it through and was pulled.
Second: They could do the same thing they did with Hearthstone and have it trademarked somewhere that doesn't have a public electronic database.

They could file a trademark 3 days before Blizzcon like they did with Wrath. Really though anything is possible at this point.

Well it was but the payment was not complete at the time, they could even pay for it 1 day before Blizzcon if they wish to

I felt like it was to avoid people knowing whats comming next. If they were like '' Soon you will see the fate of what happened to him '' It would spoil the next EXP or atleast a patch...

I just dont think the wow team are like '' Screw neptulon and all that, we dont even know what happened to him !!!''

If my hearing is correct, Metzen mutters "Damn mess, that's what that was!"

Maybe referring to either they didn't like the way it played out (maybe some internal issues with storyline, or the impending doom of the Abyssal Maw raid) or being secretive about a future storyline in the pipeline.

My feeling goes with the former.
