Bursting for 500k is sexy and stuff but honestly it's not much of an achievement as a Survival Hunter. Still, it's a start so go for it!

I'm mostly considering off-pull burst or the max possible burst the specs are capable of rather than "pray for a continuous LnL" burst.

didnt say continuous, one lnl without the 4 set will give you higher burst. and you are always going to have one in your opener.

I must be broken then. When I open on jugger/malk I either 1. Dont get my dextrous proc for 15-30 seconds or 2. Get it instantly and LNL refuses to proc till its over. :<

Hmm seems like you aren't sacrificing enough goats then to the rng gods. I sacrificed 57 goats to get my good juggernaut rank. And don't even bother on malk you need like 100 goats and your brewmaster tank to be sacrificed for a good parse on that fight (all about add damage and tanks one shot them like padding dicks).
