Dunno about you, but I do not think I have ever heard anyone say that/want that.

Why can't we get a recolored version of this mount through some solo content achievements, or through a fun little quest line during this content drought? Why was the last in game mount added 9 months ago?, while we had several in store mounts in that time? Maybe, just maybe, this might slow down the continual stream of people leaving, before its just the 100 players like you who spend all their money playing mount dress up.

Blizzard is clearly using the revenue to fund F2P projects like hearthstone and heroes of the storm, as well as that spiffy new D3 server in Australia (50ms finally!). It's all win for me, so much love to you guys!

I own all the store mounts and yet I think only one of my characters actually uses one regularly. The rest I am currently using ingame mounts for, because they look better with that character or I just like them. MoP added shitloads of cool new mounts.

There's 285 mounts in the game (or thereabouts). 8 of them are from the store.

Only not in the direction that the "whiners" want.
Try to offer something constructive in the way of discussion if you don't like the store, rather than the pointless whining about it.
The mounts and pets do sell in sufficient quantities, so simply get used it for it isn't going away.

Not every mount or pet has been desirable to everyone.
At the time the celestial steed was more appealing to me, not so much now.
The recent wyvern or whatever it was I thought was downright ugly, but I like the Warforged Nightmare.

Someone who simply states that "all the best" are saved for the store is quite simply an idiot, as they are each down to personal taste.
Some I like, some I don't.
Same applies to everyone.

its easy to give out mounts ingame for something rather than hey lets make this mount use x amount of design time and money and say hey we used x amount of development time so lets charge random wow player 25-30 extra dollars for it

and 99% of people that buy them use them for a whopping 2ish months then never use them again it seems silly like that aspects mount that everyone and their mother was riding for about 3 weeks after it came out now virtually no ones on it

Becaue we have no game content added to award these new mounts? It's alot faster to whip up new mount using existing animations and such and throw it togther and toss it in the store then it is to create meaningful content to award the mount. Doubly so when most of there labor is going into the expansion and the store mounts are likely extra things the people who make mounts do when they have extra time

Anything most people will call constructive, you will whine about, calling it not constructive. So there isnt any point to debating that.
There is no "mount specialist" at blizzard, designing mounts for the cash shop is taking away from art assets in the game. Every time they say, moonkin forms are on the backburner, its because they are using art dev time creating these mounts.

I would never buy a mount in the store due to principle. when does it stop?

I mean technically once I find ashes of alar I don't think Ill care if they erased all of the other mounts aside from headless horseman mount I think all my chars use that one due to it being ground flying and swimming

finding the strat mount in a satchel was a good day too though
