Would it be wise to upgrade my pants?

So I just looted the 553 normal tier pants from Celestial. (http://www.wowhead.com/item=99158/le...blinking-vigil)

Would it be wise to replace my current pants, fully upgraded, (http://www.wowhead.com/item=98605/go...lker-legplates) to get the 2p bonus? Would it be a DPS increase at all?

Well, I was banking on getting the tier golves, helmet, shoulders to give me the 4P. I already have the chest.

The choice completely depends on whether you got anything better to upgrade than the legs.

If not, just go for the 2pc, it's quite good.

I do, as my gloves, shoulders, helmet are either 528 or 540

Do the Helm, then your new legs, then the Shoulders/Gloves.
