Blazing should be changed to something else, something from a boss in an earlier part of an instance, so it's easier to farm.

221 mounts here (Soon to shoot up to around 300 come warlords thanks to cross faction mounts/CE raven/challenge mode mounts/that one store mount I'm waiting for a discount on before buying).

I'd rather level another twentyone level 90's than grind the same three bosses for weeks to get three mounts I don't even want that have a 1-3% drop chance. If you wanted to accuses me of having no life, I leveled most of them over the course of six years. So come up with something better than ad hominem attacks.

How did I overreact exactly? By saying that it sucks I have to get several mounts I don't even want to get the one mount that I do want?

Instead of addressing that argument you just said "you have the time to level so many characters, so why is this extreme?".

Sucks I have to grind out 28(25) more mounts to get the mount I've wanted since the Firelands ptr went up, don't see me complaining because I can't just instantly be handed said mount on patch day. Kind of a silly argument to say that it's too much to get something new because you had no interest to get older things needed to obtain said new thing.

If you want it enough then honestly some rng from bosses with laughable difficulty either now or in the expac shouldn't be an issue. If it's easier to complain about putting a little effort into getting what you've wanted for "years" then I guess you didn't want it that much huh?

Well, it's a normal part of the game for a lot of mounts - doing things you dont want to do to get the thing you want.

Seems like a good achievement a fair few Drake hunters have been wanting for some time now, myself included. Thankfully Experiment 12-B isn't on here as it's the one I'm missing from my collection. Looking forward to getting that Emerald Drake!

Just wish it included Experiment 12-B also, since I have that too :P, would make this achievement and the mount worth something.

He didn't call you a no lifer; he just pointed out how having 21 lvl 90s is to 99% of people more extreme than soloing rubbish content that (come WOD) will be doable in ten seconds flat.

I'm only a Blazing Drake and Purple Netherwing mount away from the Emerald Drake.

I like the idea they're going for, but I really don't like that they've included Blazing. I'm totally fine with low drop rate mounts being included. I'm not fine with including a very low drop rate mount that is in an instance with an encounter that's impossible to solo unless you're a certain class (and even as that class, it still sucks). Either make DS a lot easier to clear and keep the low drop rate or increase the drop rate significantly or change that one altogether.

Which encounter is that? Spine? Spine can be solo'd by most classes (think priest/mage are only exceptions), its just a pain to do. Ultrax is very hard to solo as a dps, but not impossible with sufficient ilvl. (30 mil health, just burst him down in 45 seconds. simple enough with 570+ ilvl)
At lvl 100 next expansion, and with the spine changes, will become even easier.

How is that an attack exactly ? It's pretty much a fact. You have a lot more times than majority of players. If you don't want people to point that fact (without judgement) maybe just don't show it ?

I had assumed that was just a bug.

It's not about doing something I don't want to do. It's about getting something I don't want to get just in order to get the actual thing I want. It's locked away behind several other low drops mounts, instead of just being its own low drop mount. Normally you would just kill a boss for as long as it takes to get the drop, and that's fine, I've done this several times for mounts I wanted. But if you want this mount, you have to get several other low drop mounts, even if you don't care for them at all.
