Black Veil Brides stepping up their game! I've always liked them and their last album was absolutely amazing. But this seems even better!

Maybe a bit borderline whether or not it suits this thread, but it may be to some people's taste:

Nick Holmes is Bloodbath's new vocalist. I'm really, really intrigued, now. Looking forward to hearing him belt out some death metal growls.

Kind of new style but still very much Amaranthe. Pretty good.

edit: This song is a bit different from what they used to make, but it's still great. Very few vocals and the bass kinda reminds me of Cynic.
I really wanna get into Beyond Creation more. I really enjoyed them when I listened to them a few months back, need to check them out a bit more.

The first Beyond Creation record is rather good, the last one was so-so. At least over the entirely of the record.

The soloing on the first record was a lot tighter and energetic. It was a very classy production despite the drums feeling a little weak overall.

Full record if you want to give it a pass:

Though I think it is in one's best interest to secure an actual copy so that the production isn't dashed against the awful YT compression/smush.

Skip to 3:25. They are all ~13. Pretty good for that age

Haha, fantastic. I love interesting musical appropriations!

Not sure if they write their own songs, doubtful, but that is pretty solid song structure if so. Even the soloing was decent.

I been thinking lately that HOD are one of the best metal bands in America right now.

Listening to Serpent and it totally shreds:

    So effin' heavy.

Yeah we shall see, I'm not the biggest fan of thrash metal, but I'm also not a label dick so it should be fun either way

    Curious to see Sabaton live.

Amon Amarth, pretty sure I know what I'm gonna get from them lol.

I wasn't a fan of the first track they released from the new album, but this is insanely good. I loved how fucked up the video is too. It's brutally awesome.
