no, most think they´re crazy, because of some imposed ideals or imagined frailties (probably equal to beautiful)

so there´s normal, that´s percieved as crazy and then there´s lunatic

there´s also boring

so i´d say, everything between boring and lunatic is normal

for being normal you´re probably being percieved by some as normal, by others as lunatic and by another group as boring

Nah, he's lawful good as it usually is legally allowed for them to make judgement calls for minor transgressions.

I have no idea, honestly. But if they did, I'll still consider this all the alignment/psychology I need for myself. It's a genius stroke of D&D. D&D Next is a mystery to me, though. I've only watched those streams from PAX and the GM is very liberal in the interpretation of the ruleset to make it more entertaining for the crowd that watches.
