    A change is needed

We need the sad music on Heroicstrike.org to be changed into something fun now that we got our beloved one back again from the dead

Not making any changes till we know exactly how things play out. Don't count your chickens and all that.

All depends on if there is a Fury build that lets you generate rage at such an embarrassing rate that you can actually use HS to spend rage within the Enrage window.

Well Enrage kind of does that for you, with the 100% increased attack speed, and Heroic Strikes reduction cost to 15. However, that is a fair point, especially with new attacks that cost rage such as Frenzy.

There are a number of abilities and talents that seem aimed towards increasing rage generation significantly, so I think it will come down to a choice between using more Rampages or Heroic Strikes, but combining Heroic Strike with Enraging Blows (RB now generates 10 rage), means you should always have enough Rage for HS.

It should go something like this:
BT [enrage](HS) - RB (HS) - RB (HS) - BT (HS) - RB (HS) - [initial Enrage falls]

Replacing RB with Rampage as able. This of course doesn't include talented attacks, or Sudden Death procs.

So MoP Fury could sorta make a comeback? Only dumping rage within the Enrage window instead of CS? Of course things can change, but I'm sure a lot of people would be happy to see that playstyle come back if the HS talent pans out to be decent.

Sort of. The thing about MoP, specifically SoO Fury wasn't just the playstyle though, it was how fluid the rotation was. You never ended up with bouts of Rage excess or drought, and you never had to let one ability "go" to use another. Everything just fit, it was consistent, and it felt good.

Legion Fury looks to be much more random though. Even if Bloodthirst is fairly consistent, you're going to feel extreme shifts in rage income depending on whether or not you are Enraged, which means you will invariably be using more spenders during that time. The excessive amount of talented attacks could mean that there are multiple different playstyles to create, but ultimately balance and encounter mechanics will dictate what the majority of players use.
