For boots, you can still get the look-a-like version from Wintergrasp: Titan-Forged Greaves of Triumph
If you want a different model but still pretty close, I think Demonbreaker Crushers look nice but you'd have to do and get lucky in LFR to pick them up.

For waist, I quite like the blue rarity Warmongering belts. The utilitarian look is a refreshing change from the standard fantasy/huge belt graphics and the colors match up well.

Since when? You couldn´t before, i tried.

I think they were not able to be transmoged by everyone at the start (it was only cloth) but it was then changed into a cosmetic item (so now it can be transmoged by everyone)

Currently using this, heroic T14 + Zoid's. Haven't had luck with the matching off-set boots yet but I think the ones I have aren't that bad of a match.
