Legion Alpha/Beta General Discussion

So Perculia of WoWhead went to Blizzard HQ for a meeting and has something coming up next week that she can't talk about until next week. My guess is we're gonna see a WoWhead beta key giveaway, similar to the Icyveins one, with beta starting sometime early in april. Would explain why they added another beta server recently.

When I seen on Twitter, she had a meeting I was like. That is a Blizz HQ meeting.

Maybe if all the servers pops went down 1, they're prepping the servers for legion (which is what 6.2.4 basically was).

I don't think they'll do one for wow, just because there was another year they skipped, maybe 2014? When they were working on wod.

I'd really prefer they didn't. Legion needs to be done asap, and it'd be kinda an insult to the players "Yeaaaaaaaaah you're in a probably 12+ month content drought but here have some april fools patch notes that we decided to make rather than work on the expansion"

Honestly, writing those up would require nothing from the actual dev team, as they could just get one of the CMs to write it.
