I don't think so, I think that's just the maps of each different encounter area. You fight Ursoc for instance in a Nightmare Grizzly Hills.

Since the Emerald Dream\Nightmare surrounds all of Azaroth as a "Blueprint" i support you and raise the point that even though we know the places in question, they are probably not going to look the same.

meh, just because the brewfest and halloween events were updated doesn't mean that there won't be a summer release. midsummer goes from june 21st through july 5th, I don't think that many people are expecting a release by then. mid-late July seems to be a more likely date if they're going for the summer.
