You know, if rape culture is an actual thing, and totally applicable to most of the western world, I should at least be able to free to go out and rape whoever I want whenever I want however I want. We don't have a complete rape culture.
But let's accept the fact that:
-It's 'humour' to joke about rape.
-Prison rape is hilarious.
-Some people think it's acceptable to threaten with rape.

I will totally agree that "rape culture" exists in the west, as does any other culture held by any group of any size in the west. Of course there will be some cliques/groups of people where rape is taken more lightly and practiced more commonly, but to say those groups define the west is ridiculous. So saying "there's a rape culture in the west" or similar becomes at best extremely misleading.

Tired of hearing about it already, it seems that in the last decade everyone has gone from being a normal, functional human being to babies who cry that they're being oppressed simply because things didn't go their way. I don't think we have a rape culture but i do think there are a lot of scumbag men who take advantage of women who had too much to drink. Why so many men seem to like having sex with unconscious of half unconscious women i will never understand.

Rape culture is incredibly prevalent in the western world. I dread to think just how many occasions there have been when a girl has had too much to drink at a party and subsequently been raped whilst unconscious or unable to give full consent. I have had numerous friends over the years that have been subjected to that kind of behaviour. Frustratingly, almost all of them blamed themselves for getting too drunk and had no intention whatsoever of reporting it to the police. There's absolutely no way of knowing the true number but I can guarantee that it's much much higher than the numbers that have been reported to official channels.
Hell, even going on a date with a girl and thinking "Maybe if she has a few drinks, she'll loosen up a bit and be more likely to let me fuck her" is indicative of rape culture. Even if she doesn't get so drunk that she's unaware of her actions or surroundings, the fact that she's being plied with alcohol to loosen her inhibitions is in itself somewhat rapey.

Please for the love of god do not start the "If she has even one bit of alcohol, she can't consent" bullcrap.

That would be bad, but I don't see it. Like evolution, the culture of rape has lots of fairly obvious evidence and it's foolish to pretend otherwise.

Your shortage of foreskin -- or genital integrity as you call it -- is not the fault of the victims of rape. It's an issue for you to take up with your parents. But no matter what they say, they have your missing foreskin and if you are persistent, they'll return it to you.

I voted no, but in some societies it does exist. Places like the Middle East, Africa, India, to name a few. But in the western world? At least in the states and probably other civilized countries there is no such thing. Rape is not accepted as a norm, or even accepted at all. If Rape culture existed here as it does elsewhere, if it was truly accepted as "Eh, it's not so bad. Nothing really needs to be done about it and rapists don't really need to be punished that much" Would false rape accusations exist? And more importantly, would they be able to ruin someone's life? The answer is no. A handful of people may think so, but the vast majority does not. And the handful that do, don't matter.
