No he is not. He is a brilliant person with a highly ambivalent record (as most SecStates have) containing horrible decisions as well as major successes that changed the global political landscape for the better. His realism was/is preferable to neoconservatism. More importantly the two are very different. My comment wasn't so much aimed at a value judgement anyway. More at the fact that you called Hillary a neocon because she is a friend of Kissinger:

Kissinger is a demon, a monster who has made bloody messes wherever he goes. To consider it human is to disparage humanity itself. His hands are coated with the blood of the horrors in Cambodia, Laos, Bangladesh, Vietnam, East Timor, Latin America, and southern Africa, all of which is his doing and his thoughts taint our already corrupt and horrible security state. He made corpses on every continent and piles of skulls every were he put his cursed fingers. That "man," deserves to be dumped in a cave and sealed it forever.

I call Hillary a bad person, she is a neo-Con in the sense that she will get us entangled in a jillion foreign wars to sate her ego. Kissinger is not a realist at all, to call him a realist is to make mockery of the term. He revealed himself as the ultimate antirealist ages ago when he went about trying to make the world into what he believed he ought to inhabit, he was stupid enough to believe massive bombing would break the will of its targets as an example rather than the reality he was living in. He even said “I refused to believe that a little fourth-rate power like North Vietnam does not have a breaking point." Point of fact Kissinger very much is the father of the Neo-Con foreign policy wizardry, mainly a belief that they can remake the world as they see fit. American exceptionalism is a form of will-to-power irrationalism, of which the neocons are its highest and most self-aware expression. But Kissinger was essentially the same thing, believing firmly in a strange notion that this State uniquely can do as it likes and as he said “Whether we got it right or not is really secondary.” This man is at best a malignant tumor, at worse a demon.

10%? I think your percentages are a bit off there buddy. But no, not because of that. Because such a huge number of Americans support Trump's ideals.

30-40% of the smaller party with a lot of different people supporting him for a lot of different reasons is not that indicative of anything.

Her relationship to Kissinger alone is enough reason to condemn Clinton.

Too hot to handle? She's absolutely right, they post the "donations by employer" FEC filings and say, "see the oil companies are donating to her", when in actuality it is people working at those companies that donate, just like anyone else.

What specifically about her platform is not in line with the Democratic party platform? I keep hearing this charge but crickets when it comes to backing it up.

Meet the people in the "fossil fuel industry" that have donated to Clinton's campaign.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donald_Sussman

Sussman has made substantial donations to educational, charitable, community, and political organizations. Since 1992, Sussman has donated in excess of $7M to numerous political candidates and grassroots organizations.[22][23] Sussman stated in an interview in 2011 that, “My political donations are a very small part of my philanthropy and I consider my political donations to be philanthropy because I do not have an agenda.”[24]

During October 1997 it was announced that Sussman had donated $1M to Blue Hill Memorial Hospital to construct an outpatient building.[25] The building was later named “Sussman Medical Office Center".

In 2010, after the 2010 Haiti earthquake, Sussman donated the use of his private jet to transport medical supplies to Port-au-Prince, Haiti.[26] Also in 2010, the same aircraft was used to transport a dying man back to Maine.[27] On June 3, 2010 it was announced that Sussman had donated a new 7000 sq ft facility to the Penobscot East Resource Center (PERC) to promote sustainable fisheries in Maine.[28] On Oct 31, 2010, Skidmore College, a private liberal arts college located in Saratoga Springs, NY, announced that Sussman had committed a $12M gift to the school. The donation was part of a larger $200M effort to build Co-Ed housing.[29] Sussman has also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Skidmore College until 2012 and continues to serve on the Skidmore College Investment Committee.[30][31]

In 2012, Sussman established the S. Donald Sussman Award at the MIT Sloan School of Management. This award is presented to individuals or groups who exhibit innovation and excellence in quantitative investment strategies and models.[32] In 2012, Sussman made a $12 million donation for the redevelopment of student housing at Skidmore College. After redevelopment the student housing was renamed to 'Sussman Village' and was completed in 2013. It is scheduled to accept students in October 2013.[33] In 2013, Sussman donated $1 million to Pen Bay Healthcare to help complete its new Hospice House, construction of which had already begun on the northern edge of the 64-acre Pen Bay Medical Center campus in Rockport. The Hospice House will be named in honor of Sussman’s grandmother, Ida Sussman. Construction is estimated to be completed in July 2014.[34][35]
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_E._Shaw

In 1994, Shaw was appointed by President Clinton to the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology, where he was chairman of the Panel on Educational Technology. In 2000, he was elected to the board of directors of the American Association for the Advancement of Science served as its treasurer 2000-2010. In 2007, Shaw was elected as a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. In 2009, he was appointed by President Obama again to the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology.[6] In 2012, he was elected to the National Academy of Engineering and in 2014 was elected to the National Academy of Sciences.
Yeah, those are two largest donors, not only are their ties to oil and gas tenuous, they are by all accounts tremendous people. Yet we all listen to the whack jobs at Green Peace because it makes Clinton look bad.

    She said it herself:

Fucking videos ads are really shitty today...wtf...

“I am so sick of the Sanders campaign lying about me. I’m sick of it,” the visibly angry Democratic presidential hopeful said, pointing a finger in a woman’s face, in a video posted by Greenpeace.
The exchange came as the woman pressed Clinton on taking donations from the fossil fuel industry and asked if she would reject their campaign contributions in the future.

“I do not have — I have money from people who work for fossil fuel companies,” Clinton responded, before calling the rival campaign's claims lies.
Clinton’s campaign has accepted sums from fossil fuel companies. According to a Huffington Post report from July of last year, most of her campaign’s largest bundlers at the time were lobbyists for the industry.

    -----

She says one thing, then turns around 180 and says differently.

    - - - Updated - - -

illary Clinton’s Biggest Campaign Bundlers Are Fossil Fuel Lobbyists

Clinton’s top campaign financiers are linked to Big Oil, natural gas and the Keystone pipeline.

A list of 40 registered lobbyists that the Clinton camp disclosed to the Federal Election Commission on Wednesday revealed a number of Democratic Party lobbyists who have worked against regulations to curb climate change, advocated for offshore drilling, or sought government approval for natural gas exports.

Scott Parven and Brian Pomper, lobbyists at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, have been registered to lobby for the Southern California-based oil giant Chevron since 2006, with contracts totaling more than $3 million. The two bundled Clinton contributions of $24,700 and $29,700, respectively. They have helped Chevron over the years resist efforts to eliminate oil and gas tax breaks and to impose regulations to reduce carbon emissions.

The two Clinton bundlers also were part of a much-criticized campaign by Chevron to manipulate Congress into inserting language into the Andean Trade Preferences Act that would require Ecuador to dismiss a longstanding lawsuit against the company for polluting the Amazon jungle. Democratic lawmakers pushed back against the campaign and the lawsuit is continuing.
