On that note, continuing on and starting from the person who got maced - we have the Free Hugs experiment at that rally where she was maced, and him offering free hugs to her friends, then to the trump supporters (...yeah, you can guess how that angry lynch mob acted), then he goes to a bernie sanders rally and offers free hugs...

So it looks like the girl could face disorderly conduct charges, and police found no evidence of sexual harassment or groping. The old man could have pressed charges but decided not to.
