favorite Ranged DPS

Not what your main is, or main alt, just what do you enjoy the most? Even if you barely touch it. (It happens, I know several people so invested in their character, and can't swap mains, even tho they enjoy other classes more now)

Normally I'd say Demonology, but it's been kind of a mess this expansion and it's completely changing for next. I'm torn then between Affliction and Frost, and think I'm going to say Frost, it's just better as an 'all around' spec - there are places you just can't Affliction and that makes it less fun.

Burn them all! Too bad spec is tuned for high end gear and not usable at all before that. Though that rarely stopped me. In Legion it will be crap with combustion changes, turning it in yet another generic ranged spec.

I wonder if Elemental has any chances of winning at all... It's never really top DPS, it's just trash in PVP, and Shamans seem to play Resto the most O.o

It's easier to say which ones I don't like... but even those are not hated by me.
I think Balance is plain boring (that back and forth swing is just... urgh), and low crit Fire.

Destro is fun, Elemental can be very fun, Shadow is cool, Affliction is also cool but a bit too much time putting up dots than "just doing damage" for my taste (if the dots had a projectile and did initial higher damage I'd like it better), Frost can be awesome, High Crit Fire is just wow...

Destro, Frost and high crit Fire (50 % + crit) are top imo. I chose Destro. Elemental for AoE but voted from a single target pov.

i can't choose between fire arcane or elemental

i hardly play either of them but theres something satisfying visually about playing arcane and elemental, but then fire is hands down crazy amounts of fun in pvp

I would also like Marksmanship, but mine doesn't have tier gear. The spec is very sluggish outside of rapid fire without it. It would be a better spec if Arcane shot was still around for when you're not in rapid fire or attacking a 80%+ health enemy.
