Tracers always uses their time rewind ability when they engadge you so when facing a OW Tracer you just track their movements and when you see the blue flash you just aim slightly ahead of where they were a few seconds before the flash and down goes Tracer.

Little easier said than done, especially if the enemy Tracer is GOOD.

Dafuq? Tracer is a hit-and-run offense hero who specialises in getting behind people, murdering squishy targets then recalling within 3 seconds of leaving her safe spot.

That is, if you've had vision of Tracer for a full three seconds, you should have killed her already because she's obviously terrible at the game.

It's the cynic in me. Li Ming remains a dominant hero and she came in during a major cultural holiday, Tracer is coming in on the heels of a highly anticipated release.

Are you honestly suggesting Li Ming was OP because of a Chinese holiday? I've heard it before, but that is just mind blowing. The holiday and the hero did nothing to get more Chinese people to play the game, and I highly doubt they expected it to.

Not gonna judge anything but I see in Heroes what I've seen in League before, high mobility heroes being released with build in flashes and then on the other side still having a ton of not so mobile heroes from a gone by era.
And unless the damage is completely poo then the former is usually gonna win from the latter.

Not saying this is automatically the case, and not saying Tracer is always gonna shit on a non mobile hero.

For how safe she sounds she should have murky level health. But uther's 1 second melee range stun, unless you can blow her up in that 1 second she can just rewind all the damage on her and blink away. I really dislike the sound of her kit unless she has really low health and mediocre damage. Will have to see what the drawback to her are though.

Regular edition doesn't, so she will just be available for 15k first weeks and then 10.
