She does appear to be barefoot or in some light sandals. Can't be sure.
What I can be sure about is that one of those fuckers could've helped with one of the two children she's carrying on her back. Or if she was not inclined to part with them, at least offer that raincoat some of them are sporting. The kid on her back doesn't even have a hoodie.
But then again, we know how women are valued in most of the muslim world. Or at least some do. The rest will find out soon enough...
