Maybe this is part where they will "power up" Thor and even Hulk. In my opinion they need to be much more powerful for Infinity war movies.

Indeed, they're going to need to bring in some big guns for infinity war. We have Vision and Scarlet Witch, then give at least Thor a serious upgrade in Ragnarok (Rune King?).

In the comic books the big guns in dealing with Thanos were Warlock (who understood him and could even out-think him), Dr. Strange (at least later on), and Thor, who could go toe-to-toe with him, and the Silver Surfer.
And then there's Drax, who was created (and built to survive even death) for one purpose; to kill Thanos. He was never a really big gun in the later comics (a amped up Wolverine), but he was always an "Achilles Heel" to the Mad Titan.
(The Vision and the Scarlet Witch aren't even a consideration when dealing with someone who once sucker punched Galactus and survived his counter-punch, or the times when he went mano-a-mano against Odin's magic.)

It'll be interesting to see how this all plays out.

I am reminded of something...in the Civil War trailer...it appears that Bucky was trying to pull out the power supply to War Machine. But in another panel we see a bright yellow nasty blast shooting WM out of the sky...which was reminiscent of the Vision's gem blast. (Scarlet Witch taking over the Vision...I guess.)

Yeah, saw that it was on there after I posted it here. So guess it's new. Either way pretty decent trailer.

Also was reading (not really much detail), but looks like the Russo Brothers were considering adding Wasp and Daredevil to Civil War just now (since everything seems to be coming out now). Kind of glad they were though as they would've felt a bit out of place, imo.

Daredevil, Hawkeye, Black Widow are all pretty pointless in that line-up.

Even Bucky and Steve are a bit out of their League when you compare them to Black Panther ( superior physicals, wealth, intellect, equipment ), Iron Man, Vision or Scarlet Witch.

    For Civil War? No.

Have to think what exactly is the Civil War.
In the comic books, at the end, it was never really about physical conflict. It was about a legal fight. Cap said it best (paraphrasing); We could win the fight, but we'd lose the argument.

So approx 20 mins of Spidey in the movie. Nice.

Depends, though. Fighting Thanos in the comics is not about power. The whole storyline is about getting into his head to make him realise certain things. I assume Nebula and the others from Guardians will be most important in that.

Haven't seen a film that long in theaters since Interstellar and Avatar.

    Is there an intermission?
    I'd hope so!

Pretty sure it is 2 hours and 26 minutes, aka slightly shorter than B v S. Don't know where you have your information from, but if from a theater or ticket, it might include trailers and ads as well.

We'll see, but everything about GotG is just more comedic than anything in the rest of the MCU, so I doubt it will reach that level.

Robert will treat you and your guest to two tickets to "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," so you can cheer him on while he takes the stage; he'll set up an exclusive screening for you to enjoy Marvel's Captain America: Civil War before the rest of the world; share his favorite NYC pizza with you; and invite you to join him for a photo shoot (props included!). It’s bound to be a silly, awesome whirlwind, just you, your guest, and Robert. Living it up in the city. Boom.

    Odd Defenders news:

While Cox didn't have any news about a possible Daredevil season three (he said he "certainly doesn't know" if there will be one), he did have some news about the big Marvel/Netflix team-up series, The Defenders.
"What we do know is at the end of this year we’re going to be making The Defenders and, of course, Daredevil is very much a part of that foursome," Cox announced. With Iron Fist season one getting started soon and a Jessica Jones second season still planned ahead of The Defenders, it may come as a surprise that the series, which brings together the four individual characters (Luke Cage comes along for the ride, too), will film in 2016.

Of course, it is still early, and Cox doesn't know exactly what's going to happen in the show.

"I have no idea what the storyline is going to be for that show," Cox cautioned. "I'm very excited to see how those worlds combine, and interested to see tonally how those shows become one."

The actor also said he's unsure whether any open storylines from Daredevil season 2 will carry over directly into The Defenders, but sounded hopeful.

Not that it's much surprise, but look like the Russo Brothers unofficially confirm Star Lord and Thor being in Infinity Wars (again Thor wasn't unexpected and most figured Star Lord too, but odd the rest of the GotG wasn't mentioned).

But Marvel is only going to make things bigger in the future, and that means characters like Star-Lord crossing from the cosmic side of Guardians of the Galaxy into the general Avengers world, the Russo brothers confirmed to Comicbook.com.

Aside from the massive scope of Civil War's story, part of what made the film so gigantic was its roster of heroes. Not only did almost every living Marvel Cinematic Universe hero show up for the feud, it also threw Black Panther and Spider-Man into the mix, which is part of what made the film so great. Each character, whether new or old, had an arc and a moment to shine.

Looking beyond Civil War, the movie's directors, Joe and Anthony Russo, will be helming the pinnacle moments of Marvel's on screen world, which by the time Infinity Warrolls around will be a decade old. At a press event for Captain America: Civil War, Comicbook.com had the chance to ask the Russo Brothers which character they're particularly looking forward to working on - and neither of them appeared in their latest effort.
"The movies are intended to be a culmination of everything that's happened before in the MCU so you don't want to get into spoilers but I'm a big fan of what James Gunn has done," Anthony Russo told Comicbook.com. "[Joe Russo and I] are both big fans of what James Gunn has done. Star-Lord is a fantastic character and Chris Pratt is an awesome performer so you'd be very excited," he said, teasing Pratt and Star-Lord's presence in Infinity War.
Joe Russo, on the other hand, is excited to bring the Norse God into the mix and, especially because he knows something about Thor: Ragnarok that we don't.

"I'm excited to work with Thor," Joe Russo says. "They're doing some really interesting stuff with Ragnarok and where he's gonna be at the beginning of Infinity War is gonna be a very interesting place and I think very profound. I think he's gonna have a real emotional motivation after that."
In case there was any debate, we now know that Star-Lord and Thor will be making appearances, if not return trips to Earth, for Avengers: Infinity War.

Captain America: Civil War hits theaters May 6, 2016. Avengers: Infinity War Parts I andII are set for release May 4, 2018 and May 3, 2019.

Meh, just may have to wait till it comes out and watch it at home then. Can't sit in the theatre that long and be comfortable >< Oh well.
