shouldn't be a problem while you keep name and signature, for people who see you posting regularly. but there's people on my friends list that i only remember because they've had the same avatar for years. with most of the changed ones i'm like "who was this again? why is this person on my list?" and it makes me sad. :(

In a general sense, pink->blue->purple are my favorite, but when it comes to clothing and decorating? Like black, dark blues, certain shades of purple and red > brighter colors.
