Very cool. I know I definitely took even less care of myself, if that is possible although I guess it is, and gained 15 pounds, although I was expecting me to weigh 400 lbs. when I went to the doctor today, but I was only 365, although I don't think I can say "only" when referring to that much weight. On work days i eat at 7am, a sandwich at 1.30 pm and dinner at 8.30 pm when i get home. because of the long hours i dont get to snack or get bored to just eat junk food.
And today i found out my ankle problem could be Arthritis and the bones have eroded making it worse :\
