There's a surreal sort of underlying sadness to this video. It's not those same middle aged wind bags you see publishing endless propaganda videos on social media; they've clearly made a note to stay well out of the firing line.
Instead it's a bunch of kids, who were raised on propaganda who know of nothing else to do with their lives...and as far as both training and equipment goes they are hopelessly outgunned by just about everybody they are fighting.

This looks like untrained militia against (I guess) the Peshmerga, local militia being (somewhat) trained/armed by the US.
I'm pretty sure some of the ISIS fighters do have training. From our own military, too. They aren't all cannon fodder; they're guerrilla fighters. They're waging the largest urban guerrilla warfare campaign... in human history. Against the most technologically advanced, and best funded army in the world.
And honestly, the fact that we have no hope of ending the violence in the region means they're winning the war. It's the same war they won every time an outside faction has attempted to invade the area.
