Cops were in their legal right. Might be a bit of a waste of time, but they can't simply ignore it either if there's a potential dude creeping in the female bathrooms.
Aren't you legally required to carry ID anyways? If she can't ID herself while looking like a dude going into the female bathrooms, that's her own fault.
This isn't Saudi Arabia where paramedics are told to gtfo because they could violate some backwards sense of modesty while a women is currently dying on the floor and her male owner isn't close enough or refuses to see her purity violated. Pretty sure in most countries the police has to act in these cases (in many they already have a female officer around for these things anyway) and do their job, someone called them after all, did they not? It also doesn't look like they were in the stalls.. I've been in women's bathroom before as well, to unhinge the door for a handicapped person, sue me :P.
To be fair, this gotta be the least female woman in the universe. The voice, the face, bits that you can make out through the clothing, the posture. Having testimony from 2 bystanders though is certainly something they should take into consideration. The whole situation is strange, I would need to know all that lead up this point for a proper "judgement", but then who cares?
Well either way my pity runs dry these days and being the epitome of the lesbian cliche is not going to garner much from me.
Man I'm glad I'm past the point where I had to take my daughter to the bathroom. No one ever thinks about the single dads.
You know, between people like Domino Presley, Sarina Valentina, Jessy Dubai and Buck Angel, it's getting harder and harder to tell who identifies as a 'man' and who identifies as a 'woman'.
And at least to me that person in the video looked like a man as well. :|
Post title is nothing short of a personal attack that is a direct perversion of actual events.
She was not kicked out of the bathroom, and it was not because she looked male.
She was removed, and asked to prove her gender through identification because of reasonable suspicion. She FAILED to provide her ID, choosing to be excluded from the restroom, and her lack of cooperation and belligerence with police doing their jobs that they risk their lives for, resulted in her being escorted out of a hostile situation.
If I have a gun-shaped phone-case under my waistband, it constitutes reasonable suspicion for a police officer to investigate the possibility, because it is probable that something shaped exactly like a gun, is a gun
Both parties behaved immaturely, but do not skew facts to try to gain supporters to your point of view, it's disrespectful to everyone who wants to have a civil conversation.

I think a 3rd restroom would solve all these problems. Men, Women, and restroom 3.
