Well to be honest she kind of looks and sounds like a bloke.
That was probably meant to be a withering put down but in the context of a forum it doesn't actually make any sense. Better luck next time!
Anyway, I don't see what else the police were meant to do. They turn up, see someone who looks and sounds like a bloke, and are just supposed to take some stranger's word for it that she's not a bloke? Imagine how that would look back at the station:
"So Officer A, what did you do to confirm the person's identity?"
"Well sir, a bystander said she was a woman, so..."
"And the bystander was able to confirm this how?"
"Ummm...."
"If that person was actually a murderer, you'd have complained that the police didn't shoot them dead without cause!"
Innocent until proven guilty. That's the basis of law. The Police and a lot of people here don't seem to understand that.
She's going to win big time if she sues. And the anti-LGBT bigots who made the law are going to be really upset. So really this is a good thing, under the surface of awful bigotry and harassment.

*point flies directly over your head*
Better luck next time.
First - you have absolutely no way of knowing that in the slightest. You have NO idea what transpired before the video was shot. Your "opinion" is nothing more than conjecture.
Second - obviously she did something "wrong" or the police would not have been called. Regardless, she is disrespectful to the police and when they ask her to prove she is a "she" she does not comply by showing ID as she does not have one. Fine - fuck you - get out of the bathroom. Ohhh...your feelings got hurt? Fuck you, too bad. Get over it little snowflake. All the people coming her to defense in that video? Ya - fuck you too.
oh yes, another case for those Unisex bathrooms.
This is ridiculous, really. Men fearing other men might sneak into women's bathrooms by "pretending to be women". No sane man would prefer standing in a line to going into his own bathroom. Unless it it utterly broken down. More than often women go to the men's bathroom to avoid those horrible queues.
But... really? Are we all adults or slowly regressing to our early teens when peeking at the other gender while giggling around the corner was still a thing?
And how many % of all rapes happen in public bathrooms anyway? Crowded ones on top.
The word bigot really lost its meaning these days.
Okay, sure... but then what? Does she break the law and go into the Men's bathroom, just because she has short hair? Does she drop her pants and take a piss right there in the hallway? Does she need to show her vaj to prove she has one?
The poor gal's in a no-win situation. She either breaks the law (going into the men's bathroom, or public indecency), or she pisses her pants for all to see.
What - are you a fucking lawyer? How the hell do you know they don't have a legal right? Again, you are just ASSUMING your opinion is correct.
She looked like a guy - and could not prove otherwise. Short of humiliating "it" by forcing "it" to show it's genitals, the cops did the right thing and removed "it" from the situation.

What? You got that backwards. They absolutely have the authority to remove someone. Why the fuck do you think everyone is protesting NC?

And why did "she" had to act this way? Is it so freakin hard to just act normal? It looks like, now when this topic is hot, people will try to provocat more and more with this stuff. And who is to blame now, the cop who obviously doesn't know if thats a man or not, like many of us based on her act?
