This situation just once more demonstrated how silly lawfully separated bathrooms are. You can't prevent such situations from happening if you require people to use one of the bathrooms, no matter what criterion you use for it. Rather, I think it should be a recommendation: if you are a woman, please use a women's bathroom, but if you think that men's bathroom is better for you, feel free to use it instead; same for men.

Also, want to point out the hilarity once more: a male cop walks into women's bathroom to get a woman to leave it.

If you don't know it you don't care. Maybe there is already a majority just going where they don't seem out of place despite having a differrent gender? One doesn't know. The look-a-like part is what caused the problem of this thread, though.

And since it's the looking part that causes the problem and not what genitals they actually may or may not have, which is supposedly the problem (because oh, noes, a penis), then it's fucked up, inconsistent and not worth acknowledging. Besides, according to the new law trans people have to use the bathroom for their birth sex. And they can look much more manly than this girl. Who only looks like a man if you don't pay attention, look at her sideways, are drunk and have some weird preconceptions of what a girl does with her hands.

Like I said, I don't make the rules lol. If you think this is no big thing though, go into the ladies room and find out why they are upset. I think if you really want to press into this issue hard enough you can ask "why do we even have stalls in bathrooms? Everyone uses the bathroom and everyone knows what it looks like?" and jump to other silly conclusions. That being said, the matter is a pretty private issue for many people, one that I think is worth respecting.

Most likely because she doesn't drive and therefore doesn't have a driver's license. It's really not that uncommon for college age kids(which appears to be her age range).
