No, but they do listen to the loudest voice in the room which would be the majority against it if they decided to waste time and money on this silly side project while wow is still under development. If they were to give those hits the go ahead to run and maintain the serve as a separate entity sure, but if blizzard itself wastes its resources on content from 10 years ago on an ongoing process like that the outcry would be huge

I guess it depends on when you consider the movie release to be, the earliest EU date or the US date.
