Because it shows what people are willing to condone and ignore. They're willing to condone idiocy and ignore reason. That that manifests itself in a candidate is what speaks volumes.

Again, it's not aggravating that some clod like Trump SAYS grandstanding, wind bagging, lip-service,, hyperbolic senseless rhetoric, it's aggravating that people BUY into that snake oil salesman.

I guess that its simply the worst of the 2 party system, since the media have scared people into believing that it will either be trump or hillary, so people simply vote hillary not because she would be good at all but because they fear trump

That is a very shitty reason to vote for someone

US needs a better political system
Really? What would Hillary change for the worse?

Because I can name some for trump:

    -Multi-billion dollar pointless construction projects
    -Alienating US trade relations
    -Inept foreign policy
    -Condones torture
    -anti civil-rights
    -pro watch-list based on religion
    -Condones religious discrimination

Yeah, sorry, Trump is far more than "rude."

You thinking that people don't like Trump because he's "sensationalist and rude" shows you have a very poor grasp of the situation.

If it comes down to Trump vs Hillary, I'm voting for Hillary. I can't condone any of those points that I mentioned about Trump.

I don't remember Bernie saying he'd put Muslims on Watch lists and that immigrants were rapist drug dealing murderers.

Hell I don't even like Trump and I can see through this.

I'm confident he was referring to Illegal immigrants, which do have disproportionate higher crime rates.

I'm Also okay with limited immigration from predominately Islamic nations.

As far as referencing Bernie, I was talking about the reference to a snake oil salesman.

Why do you believe there is an SJW tyranny? As far as I'm concernced the US is by far the most anti-sjw country.

It's time illegals go back home and attempt to solve their own nation's problem instead of freeloading off of the United States government. On that point, it's time other countries solved their own problems instead of expecting us to solve their problems for them. It's time we put America first! It's time we elected Donald Trump!

I think the most surprising thing about this whole election cycle is the voters who are playing the Joker this election. Lot's of people who "just want to see the system burn". Those people are voting for Trump and Bernie. And the most interesting thing of all are my democratic friends who say if Bernie doesn't get the nomination they will vote Trump in the general. What seems to be fueling both Trump and Bernie isn't in depth policy support, it's just a scorched earth position of 'we are sick of everything'... give us socialism or give us authoritarianism, and frankly I can't blame people for it.

Truth is, even if a politician is intelligent with an impressive resume and says everything perfectly during the election... there is no trust. Many promises are made and many promises are broken. So those values are no longer important. It's the boy who cried wolf. If you constantly preach positive changes and nothing comes to pass, the traditional political figure no longer has value.

Thus Trump and Bernie. And I wish it was them two in the general but it looks like we're getting Clinton and Trump. Now the vote is basically down to: "Ok for real now, do you want to watch the system burn?" or "You wanna give those politicians one more chance?".

Clinton and Sanders will both win by a landslide of Trump. Trump will not even score 30% in the GA.

Probably just a difference in definition of terms. I see the SJW crowd as no different from the Nazi party or the Khmer Rouge.

    Oops, quoted wrong post.

I predict trump will beat Hillary (or whoever replaces her when she is indicted) by 20 points.

If there was ever an election where I cant even bring myself to vote against a candidate (let alone for one), this is it. We REALLY need a "NONE OF THE ABOVE" option on the ballot this year.

She constantly changes her political views depending to who she is talking at the moment.
Statements made years apart are not "lying." Otherwise, Sanders is lying out his ass when he says he has always supported gay marriage. He was one of the weakest members on the issue in the late 90s. He keeps saying he was opposed to DoMA as if it was something to be proud of. When he actually opposed it because he wanted the individual states to decide to discriminate on their own. He refused to take a stand on Gay Marriage in Vermont despite most of the Dems in the state voicing support.

Because of course there are no other candidates besides Trump, Hillary, Kasich, Cruz and Sanders.
