It's in the same dilemma in regards to attempted murder. You know someone would have done it but at the same time, because they can't and or haven't means that the damage has not been done and thus is "not as bad" as when the crime has been committed. The only reason that Black Panther didn't go ham and lynch white people was because they were the minority in this case and if the reverse happen it would have been the BP killing whites left and right.

Of course its a bad thing, for the company. How else are they going to charge you $100 a month for 5 mb internet? Where countries in the EU have public owned utilities and their internet is like 40 Euros a month for faster internet than our fastest here, and that includes TV and phone.
