The first approximation would be the guys who had to move from where orcs settled. Who owns what "for real" does not concern orcs in the least, they have no business being on any land, unless invited by someone who is recognized to own it (land not contested).

in that regard the spacegoats are entitled to nothing and should have no land on azeroth or draenor.

draenei should just go back to Argus or find another planet that is uninhabited so they can't screw over any other sentient species
