Just use a fricking sniper. It's not that hard you know to shoot a robot 2x-3x. Even my 4 years old daughter would figure that out... if I had one.

I have no problem with Bastion's self heal, i do think that his dmg needs to be nerfed by about 15-20%, for his rate of fire the dmg really is too much. I am not the best player, but i can hold my own with a few of the heroes, but against bastion, it must be just my luck that when ever he is on hte other team they have a leet squad with a Reinhardt in front and a Healer behind. Especially on the escort maps, when they stick a Bastion and a turret on top of the transport and heal it with 2 tanks, 1 in front and one behind, you cant win against that

I agree with this, i dont think Bastion is OP or anything, but its not the players skill that allows him to shine, but his team. Torbjorn is in a good place imo, as long as he cant be picked 3 or more times in the same team. Turrets are killed rather easily, and the setup takes long enough for someone to engage him. Bastion on the other hand doesnt give players time to react. If he sieges in a random spot around a corner, i can die within the time it takes for the server to tell me im being hit. If they keep his damage and self heal at this level, at least he needs a weaker recon mode, or more time to swap between configurations. The maps also tend to favor Bastion sometimes, certain points need an alternative route and sitting on top of a moving payload while protected by shields and healers makes it almost impossible to engage him.

you still can get Phara/Mercy/Reinhardt combo, hide behind shield, get amp damage on Phara, shoot 6 rockets at him - he either have to switch to repair and get healing from Zenyatta AND Mercy (yes, both) or, well, die. If he did indeed started repairing (he gets all orange and shit and stops shooting you) ram him into a wall as Reinhardt. Yes, it takes a lot more communication that "get into the game and pew pew", but if you want to win - it's manageable.

Also, speaking of Zenyatta - his Discord orb is SO undervalued by players, it's raw 50% damage increase of assholes like Bastion, why no one uses that?

he has 50/100 health/shield, if you don't take more than 1 hit - retreat for 2 seconds and get your 100 shields back. If you do, well, you either outplayed, or have to get better. Or it's dumb Widowmaker who keeps bodyshotting you to death. Seriously, she should have her bodyshot damage reduced by 25%

And absolutely no way of escaping/killing tracer/Genji etc.
He's frustrating to play without Björn armor and was alot better to use with Symmetra's 50+ shield.

I have zero idea what blizzard was thinking when they implemented this champion. Yes I know he has his counters the few that exist, but trying to kill a bastion with a bunch of random people is a fucking nightmare. Trying to get everyone to group up and not run in single file only to be mowed down by his left click to win auto attack >.> And god forbid the defense team actually protects the bastion as well...have fun with that lol

I'm sorry but there is no excuse for dying from Bastion. None. Null. Nada. Tjob is the same. If you know the maps, YOU KNOW WHERE THE TURRETS ARE. There is limited number of spots where he can place them and not being useless so if you die by the turret - you are a .. well.. not very smart person.

Believe me, this game has far more serious issues than 2 or 3 heroes that can kill tards effectively.

he is easy to kill if you know how, but i still want him to get just a small dmg nerf.
the worst is if you, lets say as tracer, managed to get a quarter kill with your ult, but the bastion in your team gets the potg just because the enemy team is full with retards who think walking straight into him is a good idea. ;-;

If you look at this in a 1v1 scenario, sure. Reinhardt + bastion will outdamage any reinhard + x + x +x combo though
You don't need to be against a wall, you just need a team and it's extremely easy to support a bastion as a team. You basically do it as soon as you kill flankers or by using Reinhardt.

I like how you are telling someone to "solo" a champion and then telling someone to not play multiplayer games if they can't. So which is it? Is this game a solo player game or a multiplayer game? It's so funny how many people get so riled up over one opinion. Just on a side note I never said Bastion was OP. I said he was an unfun champion to play against.

Any champion with the ability to delete a character in 0.5 seconds is just shit to play against. I've seen bastions shred through a road hog in less than 2 seconds. Take for example Nova in hots pre rework/buffs/nerfs. Was she strong? Yes. Was she able to be countered? Yes. That doesn't mean it was fun to play against her all game. Having to spend the whole game on your toes trying to see a semi shimmer to see if you were about to get 1 shotted by a nova is not fun or healthy gameplay. And blizzard realized that she was a fucking terror in solo queue and the epitome of anti fun so they reworked her and gave some counterplay.

And to the people who claim there are no hard chokes in the game, I just checked Hanamura and if you are attacking and are someone with no mobility/wall jump there is literally one entrance you have to go through to get to the attack point, same with volskaya industry on the attack.

Because god forbid someone should have a differing opinion. Instead of just moving on or ignoring the post if they have nothing nice or constructive to say or engage in a conversation they would rather just come in and be a dick about everything and tell people to not suck and "get good". But then again I guess I'm expecting people to have more than 2 brain cells, because they keep saying counter this counter that, you suck if you don't know that counters exist, when I specifically said in my original post that I know counters DO exist, but that doesn't make the character any less fun to play against.

This game, from the start of the development was designed to be rock-paper-scissors and all about switching heroes you play. If you don't like playing against X hero, then take Y hero and kill him . It's that simple.

You know what they say about assuming. I actually do switch characters a lot, which is more than I can say for a majority of my teammates who insta lock all marksmen or two snipers when attacking.
