    slavepens
    mana tomb
    arcatraz

Put your mouse over the dice icon on the interface and it will show you what dungeons are in the rotation. (this applies to every random matchmaking)

I figured that was what he meant by:

How can you update it when it's a fixed point in time that had to happen? Like how could you make it different? Same with Black Morass and Culling.

Oh how I miss outpacing Thrall's mount by mounting myself and S-keying.

Well, it's faster to run than use the dragons at the beginning, you can reduce the number of internment buildings needed to trigger the boss, make the Thrall escort quicker by removing packs, or making them spawn quicker/him move quicker. A lot of potential fighting time is spent waiting of things, from the bosses come down and not being attackable, to Thrall being super fucking slow.

They sped up Black Morass by having less wait time between portals, and they allowed you to skip chunks of the role play in Culling. I can't think of any improvements they made to Old Hillsbrad, other than removing it as attunement for Black Morass

Aye, things to make it quicker/more tolerable to run, not changes to the story.

Technically those could be done anyway, as the whole point of it was that the infinite were changing it and we had to try to stop them. Thrall and Taretha getting a mind wipe (then taretha getting a head wipe ) basically nullified everything we'd done, so long as everyone got to the end alive.

    but why though?
it makes no sense its not extra developing time, its not cause it funnels players there is no reason
there is literally no downside to throw in mechanar to the rotation..or blood furnace or shadow labyrinth

They will probably add them later. They did with Magister's and Pit of Saron for Wrath.

Yeah, they'll expand the options later, but we can only guess when.

I'd like to see Steamvault and Shadow Labyrinth added eventually.

Complex mechanics like AoE Fear -> threat loss will make modern players cry if it happens in dungeon.

You already get that when the tank gets gouged/incapacitated in the second half of Mana Tombs

I'd like to see every dungeon in the game put on Timewalking. Basically, make it the way FFXIV does it. Maybe make it so that if you are above the level of the dungeon, you don't actually get useful gear (since the original gear drops), but you get timewalking seals or whatever they're called that you can use to buy things. Make it so that people will run them for fun and seals, rather than gear. FFXIV does this just fine. You can queue for levelling dungeons any time you want, but you don't get burned out on them because it doesn't make you feel like you have to spam them. Maybe make it so you can trade x timewalking seals for profession mats, or gold, or whatever if you run out of things to buy so there is always a use for them (kind of like how you could use justice points to buy that stuff in Cata).

FFXIV's scaling works a little different. When you are level scaled, you actually are the scaled level, and cannot use any abilities above that level. So it preserves the levelling gameplay also. This means you can do a level 50 raid as a level 60, and it plays *exactly* as it was when you were level 50. (Your 50-60 abilities are just locked out.) This system works very very well in that game. I don't know if that type of scaling would work for WOW, but even if it didn't lock out higher level abilities I think the system overall would still work.

I would also like to see every dungeon put on Timewalking, even if it's organized by expansion. And I think there should be a timewalking every weekend (you can pepper in the other events on top of it).

My biggest fear is that they are tuning the rewards of these dungeons for this expansion. Next expansion they'll release different timewalking dungeons with rewards tuned for Legion ilvl and remove the WoD Timewalking dungeons from the rotation.

I doubt they would remove them for that reason. The Timewalking gear was remade with WoD's scaling tech, so they can easily increase it to 110 without much effort (just have to decide which item level to put them at).
