    Eugh.
The game is more or less a literal rock-papers-scissors style game. THis is why you can switch. Just.Switch.Adapt.

Ho-lawdy do I hope that they don't listen to the general playerbase in this regard.

Whip around a corner, or hug the payload, or any such thing. It's really not that hard, typically.

If I'm not hugging the payload as Roadhog, I'm often trying to sneak around the sides anyway. Roadhog shines as a roamer.

as Junkrat I can make even a Bastion's life hell. so many times I have creeped up on one with a concussion mine or just banked a few nads his way.

Each of the tanks play really differently. Reinhardt's the only one who's great for standing on a point and soaking all comers, but he needs babysitting by the team to do so, since he's not killing doods when he's shielded up. Zarya's got way less resilience, and is a risk/reward tank; if you can get them to charge you up, she can do a TON of damage, but she doesn't have the resilience of the others. Winston's a disruptor, who just causes mayhem when he launches in. And Roadhog, as I said, is a roamer/assassin, with huge self-sustain for surviving 1v1s.

If you want to sit on the payload and escort it, Reinhardt's probably best. The others are gonna be more mobile about their behaviour.

in a number of team games I've played with him he's shined. in Hollywood you can sneak off and get behind the team before the coke point or scramble to the objective. feed him the squishes.

Bastion is fairly powerful if you leave him be, but most characters have means of killing him, heck as a Zenyatta main I can usually take Bastion out once I know where he is.

Zenyatta, Kenji, Pharrah to name a few that just utterly eat him with a bit of positioning shenanigans.

I'd actually wager a good Thorbjörn poses a bigger threat, given that he can save his ult for a heal in a key moment and have two areas of effect.

Should they remake the rules of those sports for everyone being able to play them?
Well, let's ask the developers of Wildstar how successful they were when they catered to only the top players.

    Oh, wait...

    Complaining about Bastion?

Wait til a solid McCree manages to get behind your team, watch him stun + 1 shot your team mates over and over and over... and over.. and over again.

Or a good Reaper, teleporting everywhere, backstabbing your team.

    Or a Genji/Tracer, endless harassment.

I hate good McCrees with a passion, stun and 1 shot, didn't get the kill? simply roll with auto reload and try again.

Or you could, as I just said, ask the developers of Wildstar how well their game did when they catered to the top players.

I know I already made this point, but it is so important and insightful I felt it needed to be made twice. Apologists, off you go!

Nobody but you is talking about "top players". Understanding how the heroes work is something pretty much anyone can pick up over a few hours of playtime.

    *Ding ding ding*

" I did not spend time getting good at this game, yet I want it to cater around my personal ability(or inability) to spend time on it"
    Sigh, gamer entitlement.
There are mountains of difference between catering to top players, and simply asking people to work out what counters what.
(which you don't even need to nowadays. The internet can flat out tell you what to counter pick with.)

Pick up a winston, get your ultimate charged up, wait for a few teammates to be running in that direction and jump in/ult from the flank. I've done this numerous times, even in pubs.

This is one of the BEST WAYS to stop an organized defense.
I think I've had enough of removing avatars today that feature girls covered in semen. Closing.
